Upon request, LITS staff will assist with the retrieval of materials and with the use of computers and other resources.  The time needed to fulfill requests may vary depending on staff availability. Associate Dean of Students for Multicultural Affairs and Accessibility Services Allen Harrison, 315-859-4021, coordinates individualized accommodations and support services for any student who has a documented need.

The Accessibility Services Team, which includes members of the Dean of Students Office Library and Information Technology Services (LITS) addresses reading and writing challenges faced by students with various learning differences and disabilities.
